AI피커 — 이용약관 (EULA)

이용약관 · 최종 사용자 라이선스 계약 (Terms of Use)

본 약관은 귀하와 Pickersoft 사이에서 AI피커(이하 "본 앱") 이용에 관한 합의입니다. 본 앱을 설치하거나 사용하시면 본 약관에 동의하신 것으로 봅니다.

1. 서비스 소개

AI피커는 전 세계 AI 소식을 매일 한국어 브리핑으로 정리해 보여주는 앱입니다. 브리핑의 요약·해설은 공개 RSS 피드로 수집한 뉴스를 바탕으로 AI(대규모 언어 모델)가 작성하며, 모든 카드에 출처와 원문 링크를 함께 제공합니다. 본 앱은 Pickersoft(개인 개발자)가 만들고 운영합니다.

2. 계정

본 앱은 가입이 없습니다. 이메일·전화번호·비밀번호가 필요하지 않습니다.

3. 이용 요금 · 자동 갱신 구독 (AI피커 Pro)

오늘의 브리핑과 최근 7일 아카이브는 무료로 제공되며, 지난 브리핑 아카이브 전체·키워드 검색·심층 해설은 AI피커 Pro 구독으로 잠금 해제할 수 있습니다.

3-1. 요금제

월간 US$1.99 / 연간 US$11.99 (연간은 3일 무료 체험으로 시작).
현지 통화 기준 정확한 가격은 App Store 결제 화면에 표시됩니다.

3-2. 결제

구독 결제는 구매 확정 시 귀하의 Apple ID 계정에 청구됩니다.
본 앱은 카드 번호 등 결제 정보를 직접 받지 않으며, 모든 결제는 Apple이 처리합니다.

3-3. 자동 갱신 안내 (꼭 읽어주세요)

구독은 자동으로 갱신됩니다. 현재 기간이 끝나기 최소 24시간 전까지 자동 갱신을 끄지 않으시면, 같은 요금으로 다음 기간이 자동 연장되며 갱신 금액은 기간 만료 24시간 이내에 청구됩니다. 무료 체험 중 구독을 구매하시면 남은 체험 기간은 소멸될 수 있습니다.

3-4. 구독 취소 방법

iPhone: 설정 → (본인 이름) → 구독 → AI피커 → 구독 취소.
취소하셔도 이미 결제한 기간 동안은 끝까지 이용하실 수 있습니다.

3-5. 환불

환불은 App Store 정책을 따릅니다: reportaproblem.apple.com. Pickersoft는 Apple의 환불 결정에 영향을 줄 수 없습니다.

4. 저작권 · 뉴스 출처

본 앱의 코드, 이미지, 로고, 디자인과 AI가 작성한 요약·해설은 모두 Pickersoft의 자산입니다. 개인적 이용은 자유이나, 이를 추출·재배포·재게시하는 것은 금지됩니다.
뉴스 기사 원문의 저작권은 각 언론사·게시자에게 있습니다. 본 앱은 원문을 재게시하지 않으며, 자체 요약과 함께 출처·원문 링크를 제공합니다.

5. 금지 행위

본 앱의 리버스 엔지니어링·디컴파일·변조.
자동화 도구로 서비스를 악용하거나 서버 보안을 뚫으려는 시도.
법령을 위반하거나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 이용.

6. 이용 제한 · 종료

본 약관을 위반하거나 본 앱의 정상 운영을 방해하는 경우, Pickersoft는 사전 통지 없이 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.

7. 면책 조항 (AI 콘텐츠 · 투자 조언 아님 — 꼭 읽어주세요)

본 앱의 요약·해설은 AI가 작성한 콘텐츠로, 일반적인 정보 제공 목적이며 사실과 다르거나 부정확할 수 있습니다. 정확한 내용은 각 카드의 원문 링크를 확인하세요.

산업·투자 카테고리를 포함한 모든 콘텐츠는 투자 조언·금융 자문이 아닙니다. 투자 판단과 그 결과에 대한 책임은 전적으로 이용자 본인에게 있으며, 중요한 결정 전에는 반드시 원문과 전문가의 자문을 확인하세요.
Pickersoft는 요약의 완전성·정확성·최신성을 보증하지 않습니다.
본 앱은 "있는 그대로(as is)" 제공되며, 법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 Pickersoft는 본 앱 사용 또는 콘텐츠 의존으로 인한 직·간접 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

8. 개인정보

본 앱의 정보 처리 방식은 별도의 개인정보처리방침에서 안내합니다.

9. 준거법 · 분쟁 해결

본 약관은 대한민국 법령을 따릅니다. 다툼이 생긴 경우 먼저 pickerdotcom@gmail.com으로 연락 주시면 성실히 협의하며, 협의로 풀리지 않을 때는 서울중앙지방법원을 첫 번째 관할 법원으로 합니다.

10. 약관 변경

약관이 바뀌면 본 페이지 상단의 "최종 갱신" 일자를 갱신하고, 중요한 변경은 앱 또는 본 페이지로 안내합니다. 변경 후에도 본 앱을 계속 사용하시면 새 약관에 동의하신 것으로 봅니다.

AI Picker — Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms set out the agreement between you and Pickersoft when you use AI Picker (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Service

AI Picker delivers a daily briefing of AI news from around the world, curated and summarized in Korean. Summaries and explainers are written by AI (large language models) based on news collected from publicly available RSS feeds, and every card includes source attribution and a link to the original article. The App is built and operated by Pickersoft (individual developer).

2. Account

The App does not require sign-up. No email, phone number, or password is needed.

3. Fees and Auto-Renewing Subscription (AI Picker Pro)

Today's briefing and the last 7 days of the archive are free; the full archive, keyword search, and deep-dive explainers can be unlocked with an AI Picker Pro subscription.

3-1. Plans

Monthly US$1.99 / Yearly US$11.99 (Yearly starts with a 3-day free trial).
The exact price in your local currency is shown on the App Store purchase screen.

3-2. Payment

Subscription payments are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
The App never directly receives card numbers or other payment-instrument data; all payment processing is performed by Apple.

3-3. Auto-Renewal Notice (please read carefully)

Your subscription renews automatically. Unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, it renews at the same price for the next period, and the renewal amount is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. If you purchase a subscription during a free trial, any unused portion of the trial may be forfeited.

3-4. How to Cancel

iPhone: Settings → (your name) → Subscriptions → AI Picker → Cancel Subscription.
If you cancel, you keep access to paid features for the remainder of the period you have already paid for.

3-5. Refunds

Refunds follow App Store policy: reportaproblem.apple.com. Pickersoft cannot influence Apple's refund decisions.

4. Intellectual Property and News Sources

All code, images, logos, and design in the App, and the AI-written summaries and explainers, are property of Pickersoft. Personal use is welcome, but extracting, redistributing, or reposting these assets is prohibited.
Copyright in the original news articles belongs to the respective publishers. The App does not republish original articles; it provides its own summaries together with source attribution and links to the originals.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or tampering with the App.
Abusing the service with automated tools or attempting to bypass server security.
Use that violates the law or infringes the rights of others.

6. Suspension and Termination

If you violate these Terms or disrupt normal operation of the App, Pickersoft may restrict access without prior notice.

7. Disclaimer (AI Content · Not Investment Advice — please read)

The summaries and explainers in the App are AI-written content provided for general informational purposes and may be inaccurate or differ from the facts. Always check the original-source link on each card for the authoritative version.

No content in the App — including the Business & Investment category — constitutes investment, financial, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and their outcomes; verify the original sources and consult a qualified professional before making important decisions.
Pickersoft does not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any summary.
The App is provided "as is," and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Pickersoft disclaims liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the App or reliance on its content.

8. Privacy

How the App handles your information is described in our separate Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute arises, please first contact us at pickerdotcom@gmail.com; we will work in good faith to resolve it. If resolution is not reached, the Seoul Central District Court shall have initial jurisdiction.

10. Changes to These Terms

If these Terms change, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and announce material changes through the App or this page. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
