FAQ
- I can't create an animation — Free creations are limited to 3 per day and reset daily. Please also check your internet connection.
- Creation takes a long time — Each clip is rendered frame by frame on our own servers; a clip normally takes 2–4 minutes. Please keep the app open while it renders.
- The studio says it's busy — Our render farm is at capacity. The app retries automatically; if it still fails, try again a little later.
- How do I cancel my subscription? — iOS: Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Android: Google Play > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. You can cancel anytime.
- What happens to my uploaded image? — It is processed in memory on our own servers only to create your clip, then immediately discarded. Nothing is stored or shared.
- Can I use any image? — Only upload images you have the rights to. See the Terms of Use for details.
