This Privacy Policy explains how Pickersoft ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use the Animation Maker mobile application (the "App"). Animation Maker uses generative AI to turn an anime-style image you provide into a short animated video clip (image-to-video). By using the App you agree to the practices described here.

Summary

• No account or login is required to use the App.
• The image you upload is processed in memory only on our own self-hosted servers, is never stored, and is never shared with any third party.
• We do not use any third-party AI service — AI inference runs entirely on servers we operate ourselves.
• A device identifier is used solely to enforce fair daily usage limits.
• Subscription payments are handled entirely by Apple App Store / Google Play; we never see your payment details.
• The App contains no advertising and no analytics SDKs.

Uploaded Images

When you request a video, the image you selected is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our generation backend. We want to be explicit about how that image is handled:

1. Purpose: the uploaded image is used solely to generate the animated clip you requested — nothing else.
2. Processing: the image is processed in server memory only, on our own self-hosted servers. No third-party AI provider is involved at any point.
3. Storage: zero. The image is never written to a database or persistent storage on our servers.
4. Retention period: zero. The image is discarded immediately after your clip is generated (or the request fails).
5. Third-party sharing: none. The image is never sold, shared, or disclosed to anyone.
6. Model training: your images and generated clips are never used to train or improve any AI model.

The generated video clip is returned to your device and saved locally. It exists only on your device; we keep no copy.

Device Identifier

The App sends a non-personalized device identifier with each generation request. It is used only to enforce daily usage quotas (fair-use limits for free and subscribed users) and to protect our servers from abuse. Quota counters are keyed by day and are automatically deleted the following day. The identifier is not linked to your name, email, or any account (the App has no accounts), and is not used for advertising or tracking.

Generative AI Disclosure

The App's video output is produced by a generative AI model (an open-source image-to-video model) running on our own hardware. AI output is probabilistic: results may be unexpected, imperfect, or differ from the source image. Generated clips are synthetic media created from the image you provided.

Purchases

Optional subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple App Store (StoreKit) or Google Play Billing, depending on your platform. We receive only an entitlement status (whether your subscription is active) so the App can raise your daily generation limit. We never receive or store your payment card details; payment, renewal, and refunds are handled by the store.

Abuse Protection

To protect our backend from automated abuse, the App may attach platform integrity signals (such as Google Play Integrity / Firebase App Check attestation tokens) to requests. These signals indicate that a request comes from a genuine, unmodified app; they are not used to identify you personally.

What We Do Not Collect

• No name, email address, phone number, or account information.
• No location data.
• No contacts, photos library scanning, or background data access — only the single image you explicitly choose to upload.
• No advertising identifiers, no ad networks, no analytics or tracking SDKs.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

Security

All transmissions between the App and our servers use encrypted HTTPS connections. Because uploaded images are processed transiently in memory and never stored, there is no stored image data to breach. No method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Because the App has no accounts and stores no user content on our servers, your data lives on your own device: you can delete generated clips in-app or by uninstalling the App. Daily quota counters expire automatically within one day. International Transfers

Our generation servers are operated by us. Where processing occurs in a different country than yours, the transient, in-memory nature of processing (zero storage, zero retention) applies equally.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date below and, where appropriate, through in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
