본 약관은 PrivacyMask(이하 "본 앱")의 이용에 관한 사용자와 Pickersoft(개인 개발자) 사이의 약속입니다. 본 앱을 설치하거나 사용하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
본 앱은 문서·이미지 속 개인정보를 가려주는 완전 온디바이스 도구입니다. OCR(문자 인식), 개인정보 탐지, 마스킹 처리는 모두 기기 내에서 이루어지며, 어떤 데이터도 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
본 앱은 회원가입이 없고, 이메일·전화번호가 필요 없습니다. 본 앱은 무료로 제공되며, 별도의 구독·인앱 결제가 없습니다.
Pickersoft는 사용자에게 본 앱을 개인적·업무적 목적으로 사용할 수 있는 비독점적·양도 불가능한 라이선스를 부여합니다. 본 앱의 코드·디자인·로고·자산은 Pickersoft의 자산이며, 무단 복제·재배포·역설계(리버스 엔지니어링)는 금지됩니다.
본 앱의 자동 탐지는 보조 도구이며 완전성을 보장하지 않습니다. 정규식·휴리스틱·OCR의 특성상 일부 개인정보를 탐지하지 못하거나 잘못 탐지할 수 있습니다.
따라서 마스킹된 결과물을 저장·공유·제출하기 전에 모든 민감정보가 빠짐없이 가려졌는지 사용자가 직접 최종 확인할 책임이 있습니다. Pickersoft는 불완전한 마스킹으로 인해 발생하는 정보 노출·손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
본 앱은 법이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서 "있는 그대로(as is)" 제공됩니다. Pickersoft는 본 앱의 정확성·적합성·무중단성을 보증하지 않으며, 본 앱의 사용 또는 사용 불능으로 인한 직·간접 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
본 앱의 개인정보 처리 방식은 별도의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법령을 따릅니다. 분쟁이 발생하면 우선 pickerdotcom@gmail.com으로 연락 주시면 성실히 협의하며, 협의로 해결되지 않을 경우 서울중앙지방법원을 제1심 관할 법원으로 합니다.
본 약관이 변경되면 본 페이지 상단의 시행일을 갱신하여 게시합니다. 변경 후에도 본 앱을 계속 사용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
iOS 버전에는 Apple 표준 EULA(apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula)가 함께 적용되며, 두 약관이 다를 경우 사용자에게 더 유리한 쪽을 따릅니다.

These Terms set out the agreement between you and Pickersoft (individual developer) regarding your use of PrivacyMask (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App is a fully on-device tool for redacting personal information in documents and images. OCR (text recognition), personal-info detection, and masking all happen on your device; no data is sent to any server.
The App requires no sign-up and no email or phone number. The App is provided free of charge, with no subscriptions or in-app purchases.
Pickersoft grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or business purposes. The App's code, design, logos, and assets are the property of Pickersoft; unauthorized copying, redistribution, or reverse engineering is prohibited.
The App's automatic detection is an assistive tool and does not guarantee completeness. Due to the nature of regular expressions, heuristics, and OCR, it may fail to detect or may mis-detect some personal information.
You are therefore solely responsible for reviewing and confirming that all sensitive information has been fully masked before saving, sharing, or submitting the result. Pickersoft is not liable for any disclosure or damages arising from incomplete masking.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is." Pickersoft makes no warranty as to accuracy, fitness, or uninterrupted operation, and disclaims liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute arises, please first contact us at pickerdotcom@gmail.com; we will work in good faith to resolve it. If no resolution is reached, the Seoul Central District Court shall have initial jurisdiction.
If these Terms change, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The iOS version is also subject to the Apple Standard EULA (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula). Where the two differ, the terms more favorable to you will apply.
