RunPicker — 이용약관 (EULA)

이용약관 · 최종 사용자 라이선스 계약 (Terms of Use)

본 약관은 귀하와 Pickersoft 사이에서 RunPicker(이하 "본 앱") 이용에 관한 합의입니다. 본 앱을 설치하거나 사용하시면 본 약관에 동의하신 것으로 봅니다.

1. 서비스 소개

RunPicker는 측면에서 촬영한 짧은 영상으로 달리기 자세를 기기 내에서 분석해 0~100 폼 점수와 코칭 드릴을 제공하는 앱입니다. 본 앱은 Pickersoft(개인 개발자)가 만들고 운영합니다. 분석 결과는 2D 영상에서 추정한 근사값입니다.

2. 계정

본 앱은 가입이 없습니다. 이메일·전화번호·비밀번호가 필요하지 않습니다.

3. 이용 요금 · 자동 갱신 구독 (RunPicker Pro)

일부 기능은 무료로 제공되며, 무제한 분석·전체 메트릭·전체 코칭 플랜은 RunPicker Pro 구독으로 잠금 해제할 수 있습니다.

3-1. 요금제

주간 / 월간 / 연간 구독 중 선택 (연간은 3일 무료 체험으로 시작).
정확한 가격은 각 스토어(App Store / Google Play)의 결제 화면에 표시됩니다.

3-2. 결제

구독 결제는 구매 확정 시 귀하의 Apple ID 또는 Google Play 계정에 청구됩니다.
본 앱은 카드 번호 등 결제 정보를 직접 받지 않으며, 모든 결제는 Apple/Google이 처리합니다.

3-3. 자동 갱신 안내 (꼭 읽어주세요)

구독은 자동으로 갱신됩니다. 현재 기간이 끝나기 최소 24시간 전까지 자동 갱신을 끄지 않으시면, 같은 요금으로 다음 기간이 자동 연장되며 갱신 금액은 기간 만료 24시간 이내에 청구됩니다. 무료 체험 중 구독하시면 남은 체험 기간은 소멸될 수 있습니다.

3-4. 구독 취소 방법

iPhone: 설정 → (본인 이름) → 구독 → RunPicker → 구독 취소.
Android: Google Play 스토어 → 프로필 → 결제 및 구독 → 구독 → RunPicker → 구독 취소.
취소하셔도 이미 결제한 기간 동안은 끝까지 이용하실 수 있습니다.

3-5. 환불

환불은 각 스토어 정책을 따릅니다. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com · Google Play: Play 환불 안내. Pickersoft는 스토어의 환불 결정에 영향을 줄 수 없습니다.

4. 저작권

본 앱의 코드, 이미지, 로고, 디자인은 모두 Pickersoft의 자산입니다. 개인적 이용은 자유이나, 이를 추출·재배포·재게시하는 것은 금지됩니다.

5. 금지 행위

본 앱의 리버스 엔지니어링·디컴파일·변조.
자동화 도구로 서비스를 악용하거나 서버 보안을 뚫으려는 시도.
법령을 위반하거나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 이용.

6. 이용 제한 · 종료

본 약관을 위반하거나 본 앱의 정상 운영을 방해하는 경우, Pickersoft는 사전 통지 없이 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.

7. 면책 조항 (의료 조언 아님 — 꼭 읽어주세요)

RunPicker가 제공하는 폼 점수·메트릭·코칭은 일반적인 정보·교육·피트니스 목적이며, 2D 영상에서 추정한 근사값입니다. 의료·물리치료·전문 코칭 조언이 아닙니다.

훈련 방식이나 강도를 바꾸기 전에 의사·물리치료사·전문 코치와 상의하세요.
달리는 중 통증·불편을 느끼면 즉시 멈추고 필요하면 전문가의 진료를 받으세요.
본 앱은 "있는 그대로(as is)" 제공되며, 법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 Pickersoft는 본 앱 사용으로 인한 직·간접 손해(부상 포함)에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

8. 개인정보

본 앱의 정보 처리 방식은 별도의 개인정보처리방침에서 안내합니다.

9. 준거법 · 분쟁 해결

본 약관은 대한민국 법령을 따릅니다. 다툼이 생긴 경우 먼저 pickerdotcom@gmail.com으로 연락 주시면 성실히 협의하며, 협의로 풀리지 않을 때는 서울중앙지방법원을 첫 번째 관할 법원으로 합니다.

10. 약관 변경

약관이 바뀌면 본 페이지 상단의 "최종 갱신" 일자를 갱신하고, 중요한 변경은 앱 또는 본 페이지로 안내합니다. 변경 후에도 본 앱을 계속 사용하시면 새 약관에 동의하신 것으로 봅니다.

본 약관은 Apple 표준 EULA(apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula) 및 Google Play 이용약관과 함께 적용됩니다. 두 약관이 다를 경우 귀하에게 더 유리한 쪽을 따릅니다.

RunPicker — Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms set out the agreement between you and Pickersoft when you use RunPicker (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Service

RunPicker analyzes your running form on-device from a short side-view video and provides a 0–100 form score with coaching drills. The App is built and operated by Pickersoft (individual developer). Results are approximate estimates derived from a 2D video.

2. Account

The App does not require sign-up. No email, phone number, or password is needed.

3. Fees and Auto-Renewing Subscription (RunPicker Pro)

Some features are free; unlimited analyses, every metric, and the full coaching plan can be unlocked with a RunPicker Pro subscription.

3-1. Plans

Choose Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly (Yearly starts with a 3-day free trial).
The exact price is shown on the purchase screen of each store (App Store / Google Play).

3-2. Payment

Subscription payments are charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
The App never directly receives card numbers or other payment-instrument data; all payment processing is performed by Apple/Google.

3-3. Auto-Renewal Notice (please read carefully)

Your subscription renews automatically. Unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, it renews at the same price for the next period, and the renewal amount is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. If you subscribe during a free trial, any unused portion of the trial may be forfeited.

3-4. How to Cancel

iPhone: Settings → (your name) → Subscriptions → RunPicker → Cancel Subscription.
Android: Google Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → RunPicker → Cancel subscription.
If you cancel, you keep access to paid features for the remainder of the period you have already paid for.

3-5. Refunds

Refunds follow each store's policy. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com · Google Play: Play refund help. Pickersoft cannot influence the store's refund decisions.

4. Intellectual Property

All code, images, logos, and design in the App are property of Pickersoft. Personal use is welcome, but extracting, redistributing, or reposting these assets is prohibited.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or tampering with the App.
Abusing the service with automated tools or attempting to bypass server security.
Use that violates the law or infringes the rights of others.

6. Suspension and Termination

If you violate these Terms or disrupt normal operation of the App, Pickersoft may restrict access without prior notice.

7. Disclaimer (Not Medical Advice — please read)

The form score, metrics, and coaching provided by RunPicker are for general informational, educational, and fitness purposes and are approximate estimates derived from a 2D video. They are not medical, physiotherapy, or professional coaching advice.

Consult a physician, physiotherapist, or qualified coach before changing your training or its intensity.
If you feel pain or discomfort while running, stop immediately and seek professional care if needed.
The App is provided "as is," and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Pickersoft disclaims liability for any direct or indirect damages (including injury) arising from use of the App.

8. Privacy

How the App handles your information is described in our separate Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute arises, please first contact us at pickerdotcom@gmail.com; we will work in good faith to resolve it. If resolution is not reached, the Seoul Central District Court shall have initial jurisdiction.

10. Changes to These Terms

If these Terms change, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and announce material changes through the App or this page. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
