RestorePicker — 이용약관 (EULA)

이용약관 · 최종 사용자 라이선스 계약 (Terms of Use)

본 약관은 귀하와 Pickersoft 사이에서 RestorePicker(이하 "본 앱") 이용에 관한 합의입니다. 본 앱을 설치하거나 사용하시면 본 약관에 동의하신 것으로 봅니다.

1. 서비스 소개

RestorePicker는 낡거나 흐릿한 사진, 흑백 사진을 복원·화질개선해 주는 앱입니다. 본 앱은 Pickersoft(개인 개발자)가 만들고 운영합니다. 복원 결과는 AI 기반의 자동 보정 결과이며, 원본에 없던 세부를 추정해 재생성할 수 있습니다.

2. 계정

본 앱은 가입이 없습니다. 이메일·전화번호·비밀번호가 필요하지 않습니다.

3. 이용 요금 · 자동 갱신 구독 (RestorePicker Pro)

일부 기능은 무료로 제공되며, 무제한 복원·고해상·컬러화 등은 RestorePicker Pro 구독으로 잠금 해제할 수 있습니다.

3-1. 요금제

주간 / 월간 / 연간 구독 중 선택할 수 있습니다.
정확한 가격과 무료 체험 제공 여부는 App Store 결제 화면에 표시됩니다.

3-2. 결제

구독 결제는 구매 확정 시 귀하의 Apple ID에 청구됩니다.
본 앱은 카드 번호 등 결제 정보를 직접 받지 않으며, 모든 결제는 Apple이 처리합니다.

3-3. 자동 갱신 안내 (꼭 읽어주세요)

구독은 자동으로 갱신됩니다. 현재 기간이 끝나기 최소 24시간 전까지 자동 갱신을 끄지 않으시면, 같은 요금으로 다음 기간이 자동 연장되며 갱신 금액은 기간 만료 24시간 이내에 청구됩니다. 무료 체험이 제공되는 경우, 체험 기간이 끝나면 선택하신 요금제 금액이 자동 결제되며, 체험 중 구독을 구매하면 남은 체험 기간은 소멸될 수 있습니다.

3-4. 구독 취소 방법

iPhone: 설정 → (본인 이름) → 구독 → RestorePicker → 구독 취소.
취소하셔도 이미 결제한 기간 동안은 끝까지 이용하실 수 있습니다.

3-5. 환불

환불은 App Store 정책을 따릅니다: reportaproblem.apple.com. Pickersoft는 스토어의 환불 결정에 영향을 줄 수 없습니다.

4. 저작권 및 귀하의 사진

본 앱의 코드, 이미지, 로고, 디자인은 모두 Pickersoft의 자산입니다. 개인적 이용은 자유이나, 이를 추출·재배포·재게시하는 것은 금지됩니다. 귀하가 업로드하는 사진의 권리는 귀하에게 있으며, 귀하는 해당 사진을 복원할 적법한 권리가 있음을 보증합니다.

5. 금지 행위

본 앱의 리버스 엔지니어링·디컴파일·변조.
자동화 도구로 서비스를 악용하거나 서버 보안을 뚫으려는 시도.
타인의 사진을 본인 동의 없이 무단으로 이용하는 등, 법령을 위반하거나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 이용.

6. 이용 제한 · 종료

본 약관을 위반하거나 본 앱의 정상 운영을 방해하는 경우, Pickersoft는 사전 통지 없이 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.

7. 면책 조항 (자동 보정 결과 — 꼭 읽어주세요)

RestorePicker의 복원은 AI 기반 자동 보정이며, 원본에 없던 세부(얼굴 윤곽·질감 등)를 추정해 재생성할 수 있습니다. 원본과의 완전한 일치나 특정 품질을 보장하지 않습니다.

복원 결과는 원본과 다르게 보일 수 있으며, 같은 사진이라도 설정에 따라 결과가 달라질 수 있습니다.
본 앱의 결과는 신원 확인·법적 증거 등 어떠한 법적·행정적 용도로도 사용할 수 없습니다.
본 앱은 "있는 그대로(as is)" 제공되며, 법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 Pickersoft는 본 앱 사용 또는 복원 결과로 인한 직·간접 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

8. 개인정보

본 앱의 정보 처리 방식(사진 전송·즉시 폐기, 얼굴 데이터 처리 등)은 별도의 개인정보처리방침에서 안내합니다.

9. 준거법 · 분쟁 해결

본 약관은 대한민국 법령을 따릅니다. 다툼이 생긴 경우 먼저 pickerdotcom@gmail.com으로 연락 주시면 성실히 협의하며, 협의로 풀리지 않을 때는 서울중앙지방법원을 첫 번째 관할 법원으로 합니다.

10. 약관 변경

약관이 바뀌면 본 페이지 상단의 "최종 갱신" 일자를 갱신하고, 중요한 변경은 앱 또는 본 페이지로 안내합니다. 변경 후에도 본 앱을 계속 사용하시면 새 약관에 동의하신 것으로 봅니다.

본 약관은 Apple 표준 EULA(apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula)와 함께 적용됩니다. 두 약관이 다를 경우 귀하에게 더 유리한 쪽을 따릅니다.

RestorePicker — Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms set out the agreement between you and Pickersoft when you use RestorePicker (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Service

RestorePicker is an app that restores and enhances old, blurry, or black-and-white photos. The App is built and operated by Pickersoft (individual developer). Restoration results are AI-based automatic enhancements that may estimate and regenerate detail not present in the original.

2. Account

The App does not require sign-up. No email, phone number, or password is needed.

3. Fees and Auto-Renewing Subscription (RestorePicker Pro)

Some features are free; unlimited restorations, high resolution, and colorization can be unlocked with a RestorePicker Pro subscription.

3-1. Plans

Choose Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly.
The exact price and any free-trial offer are shown on the App Store purchase screen.

3-2. Payment

Subscription payments are charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
The App never directly receives card numbers or other payment-instrument data; all payment processing is performed by Apple.

3-3. Auto-Renewal Notice (please read carefully)

Your subscription renews automatically. Unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, it renews at the same price for the next period, and the renewal amount is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. If a free trial is offered, the price of your selected plan is charged automatically when the trial ends, and any unused portion of the trial may be forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial.

3-4. How to Cancel

iPhone: Settings → (your name) → Subscriptions → RestorePicker → Cancel Subscription.
If you cancel, you keep access to paid features for the remainder of the period you have already paid for.

3-5. Refunds

Refunds follow the App Store policy: reportaproblem.apple.com. Pickersoft cannot influence the store's refund decisions.

4. Intellectual Property and Your Photos

All code, images, logos, and design in the App are property of Pickersoft. Personal use is welcome, but extracting, redistributing, or reposting these assets is prohibited. You retain rights to the photos you upload, and you warrant that you have the lawful right to restore them.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or tampering with the App.
Abusing the service with automated tools or attempting to bypass server security.
Use that violates the law or infringes the rights of others, including using another person's photo without their consent.

6. Suspension and Termination

If you violate these Terms or disrupt normal operation of the App, Pickersoft may restrict access without prior notice.

7. Disclaimer (Automatic Enhancement — please read)

Restoration in RestorePicker is an AI-based automatic enhancement and may estimate and regenerate detail (facial contours, textures, etc.) not present in the original. Exact fidelity to the original, or any specific quality, is not guaranteed.

Restored results may look different from the original, and results for the same photo may vary depending on settings.
Results from the App must not be used for any legal or administrative purpose, including identity verification or legal evidence.
The App is provided "as is," and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Pickersoft disclaims liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the App or its restoration results.

8. Privacy

How the App handles your information (photo transmission, immediate disposal, face-data handling) is described in our separate Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute arises, please first contact us at pickerdotcom@gmail.com; we will work in good faith to resolve it. If resolution is not reached, the Seoul Central District Court shall have initial jurisdiction.

10. Changes to These Terms

If these Terms change, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and announce material changes through the App or this page. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
