Pet Again — 이용약관

이용약관 (Terms of Service · End User License Agreement)

본 약관은 Pickersoft("당사")가 제공하는 Pet Again("앱") 이용에 적용됩니다. 앱을 설치·사용함으로써 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 봅니다.

1. 서비스

Pet Again은 사용자가 올린 반려동물 사진으로 추모 이미지·짧은 영상·카드·문구 등을 만들어 주는 추모(기억) 목적의 앱입니다. 앱은 반려동물을 "되살리는" 서비스가 아니라, 함께한 시간을 오래 기억하기 위한 따뜻한 기록을 돕는 도구입니다.

2. 이용 허락

당사는 사용자에게 개인적·비상업적 목적으로 앱을 사용할 수 있는 제한적·비독점적·양도 불가한 라이선스를 부여합니다. 앱 또는 그 일부를 역설계·복제·재판매·재배포할 수 없습니다.

3. 사용자 콘텐츠와 권리

업로드하는 사진에 대한 권리는 사용자에게 있습니다. 당사는 콘텐츠 생성·제공을 위해 필요한 범위에서만 사진을 처리합니다(개인정보처리방침 참조).
사용자는 업로드하는 사진에 대한 권리를 보유하거나 사용 허락을 받았음을 보증합니다.
타인이 식별되는 사진은 당사자의 동의를 받아야 하며, 불법·타인의 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠를 업로드해서는 안 됩니다.

4. AI 생성물 고지

앱이 만드는 이미지·영상은 AI로 생성된 연출물이며 실제 사진이나 실제 사건이 아닙니다. 결과물에는 AI 생성 표시가 유지됩니다. 결과는 원본과 다를 수 있으며, 추모·기억의 용도로 제공됩니다.

5. 크레딧 및 결제

일부 기능은 소모성 크레딧을 사용합니다. 크레딧은 Google Play를 통해 구매하며 앱 내 기능 이용을 위한 것입니다.
크레딧은 현금 가치가 없고 환급·양도되지 않으며, 기능 사용 시 소모됩니다.
생성이 실패하면 사용된 크레딧은 자동으로 환불됩니다(별도 요청 불필요).
결제·환불의 처리와 정책은 Google Play가 담당합니다. 스토어 정책에 따른 환불 요청은 스토어를 통해 진행해 주세요.

6. 금지 행위

법령 위반, 타인의 권리 침해, 타인 괴롭힘·명예훼손 목적의 사용
권리 없는 사진의 업로드, 앱의 기술적 보호조치 우회
서비스의 정상 운영을 방해하는 자동화·남용 행위

7. 보증의 부인

앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 당사는 특정 결과·품질·중단 없는 이용을 보증하지 않습니다.

8. 책임의 제한

관련 법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서, 당사는 앱 사용으로 발생한 간접·부수적·결과적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

9. 약관의 변경 · 종료

당사는 필요 시 본 약관 또는 서비스를 변경할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 앱 또는 본 페이지로 안내합니다. 사용자는 언제든 앱을 삭제해 이용을 종료할 수 있습니다.

Pet Again — Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Pet Again (the "App"), provided by Pickersoft ("we"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Pet Again is a memorial (remembrance) app that creates memorial images, short videos, cards, and messages from pet photos you provide. The App is not a service that "brings back" a pet; it is a tool that helps you keep a warm record to remember your time together.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the App or any part of it.

3. Your Content and Rights

You retain your rights to the photos you upload. We process them only as needed to generate and deliver your content (see the Privacy Policy).
You represent that you own or have permission to use the photos you upload.
Photos that identify other people require their consent, and you must not upload content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.

4. AI-Generated Content Notice

Images and videos created by the App are AI-generated depictions, not real photographs or real events. An AI-generated label is kept on results. Output may differ from the original and is provided for remembrance and memorial purposes.

5. Credits and Payments

Some features use consumable credits. Credits are purchased through Google Play and are for use of in-app features.
Credits have no cash value, are non-refundable and non-transferable, and are consumed when features are used.
If a generation fails, the credits used are automatically refunded (no request needed).
Billing and refunds are handled by Google Play. Store-policy refund requests should be made through the store.

6. Prohibited Use

Use that violates the law, infringes others' rights, or is intended to harass or defame others.
Uploading photos you have no rights to, or circumventing the App's technical protections.
Automated or abusive activity that disrupts normal operation of the service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is." We do not warrant any particular result, quality, or uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes and Termination

We may change these Terms or the service when necessary, and will communicate material changes through the App or this page. You may end your use at any time by uninstalling the App.

10. Governing Law and Contact
