These Terms govern your use of the mobile application "AI Stock" (the "Service") provided by Pickersoft ("we", "us"), including rights and obligations between you and us.

These Terms define the rights, duties, and responsibilities between users and us regarding the Service.
2. Definitions
- "Service": the mobile application "AI Stock" and related features provided by us.
- "User": any person using the Service in accordance with these Terms.
- "Pro Membership": a paid tier unlocking additional features.
3. Effect and Modification
We may modify these Terms within the limits of applicable law; modifications take effect upon posting in the app or on this page.
4. Service Content
- U.S. stock fundamentals, technical indicators, news, and AI-generated summaries
- Watchlist management and notification delivery
- Other supplementary features as defined by us
Not investment advice: All information provided by the Service (AI analysis, technical indicators, prices, news summaries, etc.) is for reference only and does not constitute a recommendation to buy or sell any security or investment advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and outcomes.
5. Pro Membership & Billing
- Pro Membership is billed through Apple App Store / Google Play Store under their payment rules.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle.
- Refunds follow each store's refund policy.
6. Restrictions
- Interfering with or abusing the Service
- Commercial use without our consent
- Acts violating applicable law or these Terms
7. Disclaimer
- We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information.
- We are not liable for investment decisions or gains/losses derived from the Service.
- We are not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure or upstream data-provider failures.
8. Intellectual Property
All copyrights and IP rights in the Service belong to us.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be brought before the court of competent jurisdiction at our principal place of business.
