casepicker — Privacy Policy

1. Information We Process

casepicker works without an account and processes only the following:

Install identifier (UUID) — randomly generated on first launch; used only to verify subscription status and provide the service. We do not collect directly identifying information such as your name or email.
Quiz response statistics — counts per answer choice, aggregated anonymously to show a "correct-rate".
Subscription info — we verify the App Store receipt and store only whether the subscription is active and its expiry. Payment details are handled by Apple and are not accessible to us.
Search text — text you type into situation search is processed transiently to find relevant precedents (see §5). We do not store search text beyond servicing the request, and do not use it to identify or profile you.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect location, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers (IDFA), and use no advertising or tracking SDKs.

3. Content Source & Generation

Precedent content is based on court judgments provided via the public Open API of the National Law Information Center of Korea (already anonymized by the courts). The "easy explanation" adaptations are generated by AI (Anthropic, §5) using only the public judgment text; no user personal data is used in this process.

4. Retention & Deletion

The install identifier and subscription info are retained while the service is provided. You can delete this device's data stored on our server instantly via Settings → Delete My Data in the app.

5. Sub-processors

We use the following processors to operate the service, and we never sell user data to third parties:

OpenAI — embeds your search text to match it semantically with relevant precedents. Search text is transmitted only for this real-time processing.
Anthropic — generates "easy explanation" adaptations of public judgments. Only public precedent text is sent; no user personal data.
Apple App Store — subscription receipt verification.

케이스픽커(casepicker) 개인정보 처리방침

1. 수집하는 정보

케이스픽커는 계정 없이 동작하며, 다음 정보만 처리합니다.

설치 식별자(UUID) — 앱 최초 실행 시 무작위로 생성되며, 구독 상태 확인과 서비스 제공에만 사용됩니다. 이름, 이메일 등 개인을 직접 식별하는 정보는 수집하지 않습니다.
퀴즈 응답 통계 — 선택지별 응답 수를 익명 집계해 "정답률" 표시에 사용합니다.
구독 정보 — App Store 결제 영수증을 검증해 구독 활성 여부와 만료일만 저장합니다. 결제 수단 정보는 Apple 이 처리하며 당사는 접근할 수 없습니다.
검색어 — 상황 검색에 입력한 텍스트는 관련 판례를 찾기 위해 일시적으로 처리됩니다(아래 5항 참조). 요청 처리 외에 보관하지 않으며, 개인 식별이나 프로파일링에 사용하지 않습니다.

2. 수집하지 않는 정보

위치, 연락처, 사진, 광고 식별자(IDFA)를 수집하지 않으며, 광고·추적 SDK 를 사용하지 않습니다.

3. 콘텐츠 출처와 생성

판례 콘텐츠는 국가법령정보센터 공공 Open API 로 제공되는 판결문(법원 비실명화 완료)을 기반으로 합니다. "쉬운 풀이" 각색은 AI(Anthropic, 5항)가 공개 판결문 텍스트만으로 생성하며, 이 과정에 이용자 개인정보는 사용되지 않습니다.

4. 데이터 보관 및 삭제

설치 식별자와 구독 정보는 서비스 제공 기간 동안 보관됩니다. 앱 내 설정 → 내 데이터 삭제로 즉시 삭제할 수 있습니다.

5. 처리위탁(제3자 처리자)

서비스 제공을 위해 아래 처리자를 이용하며, 이용자 데이터를 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다.

OpenAI — 이용자 검색어를 의미 기반으로 관련 판례와 매칭하기 위한 임베딩 처리(일시 전송).
Anthropic — "쉬운 풀이" 각색 생성. 공개 판례 텍스트만 입력(개인정보 미전송).
Apple App Store — 구독 영수증 검증.
