입찰공고 알리미("앱")는 조달청 나라장터의 공공입찰·공고를 업종·지역별로 쉽게 찾아보고 저장하며, 관심 조건에 맞는 새 공고가 올라오면 알림으로 받아볼 수 있는 무료 iOS 앱입니다. 계정이나 로그인 없이 사용합니다. 본 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 처리하고, 어떻게 사용하며, 어떤 외부 서비스를 이용하는지 설명합니다.
1. 처리하는 정보
- 검색 요청: 입력한 키워드와 선택한 업종·지역·업무구분·정렬·페이지 값이 공고 목록을 받아오기 위해 HTTPS로 당사 백엔드(pickersoft.com)에 전송됩니다. 계정이 없으며, 이 요청에 개인을 직접 식별하는 정보를 포함하도록 설계되어 있지 않습니다 — 키워드 입력란에 개인정보를 입력하지 마세요.
- 알림 등록(선택 기능): 알림을 켜면 (a) 기기에서 생성된 임의의 기기 식별자(UUID로, 사용자의 신원이나 Apple ID와 연결되지 않습니다)와 (b) Apple 푸시 알림 토큰이 당사 백엔드에 전송되어 푸시를 보낼 수 있게 합니다.
- 알림 조건: 등록한 관심 조건(키워드·업종·지역·업무구분과 표시용 라벨)은 새 공고를 매칭해 알림을 보내기 위해 위 임의 식별자와 함께 당사 백엔드에 저장됩니다.
- 기기 내 저장: 저장한 공고, 최근 검색어, 관심 업종·지역 설정은 기기 내부(SwiftData·기기 설정)에만 저장되며 당사 서버에 업로드되지 않습니다.
2. 수집하지 않는 정보
- 이름·이메일·전화번호 등 개인을 직접 식별하는 정보
- 광고 식별자(IDFA)나 광고 추적 데이터
- 위치 정보
- 연락처·사진·캘린더·마이크 등 권한 기반 데이터
- 제3자 분석 SDK를 통한 행동 분석·크래시 리포트
앱에는 광고나 분석 SDK가 포함되어 있지 않으며, 결제·구독·AI 기능도 없습니다. 수집된 어떤 정보도 광고 추적 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.
3. 제3자 서비스
Pickersoft 백엔드
검색 요청 및 알림 등록 정보가 HTTPS로 당사 백엔드(pickersoft.com)에 전송됩니다. 계정을 요구하지 않으며 개인 식별 정보를 의도적으로 포함하지 않습니다.
4. 데이터 보관 및 삭제
- 저장한 공고·최근 검색어·관심 설정은 기기에만 보관되며, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 제거됩니다. 앱 내 "삭제" 기능으로 언제든 비울 수 있습니다.
- 등록한 알림 조건은 당사 서버에 보관되며, 앱에서 조건을 삭제하면 서버에서도 제거됩니다.
- 알림을 끄거나 앱을 삭제하면 더 이상 푸시를 보내지 않습니다.
5. 데이터 출처
공고 정보의 출처는 조달청 나라장터(공공데이터포털)입니다. 공고 원문이 최종 기준이며, 참여 자격·제출 서류·일정 등 정확한 내용은 항상 나라장터 원문 공고를 확인하세요.
6. 아동의 개인정보
본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
7. 변경 및 문의
본 방침은 서비스 또는 관련 법령의 변경을 반영해 업데이트될 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 앱 또는 본 페이지를 통해 안내합니다.

BidPicker (입찰공고 알리미, the "App") is a free iOS application that helps you discover, browse, and save public procurement bid notices from Korea's Nara Marketplace (나라장터) by industry and region, and receive push notifications when new notices match the conditions you care about. It is used without an account or login. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App processes, how it is used, and which third-party services it relies on.
1. Information We Process
- Search requests: the keyword you enter and the industry, region, task type, sort, and page you select are sent over HTTPS to our backend at pickersoft.com to retrieve bid notices. There is no account, and the request is not designed to contain directly identifying information — please do not enter personal information into the keyword field.
- Notification registration (optional): if you enable notifications, (a) a random device identifier (a UUID generated on your device that is not tied to your identity or Apple ID) and (b) an Apple Push Notification token are sent to our backend so we can deliver push notifications.
- Alert conditions: the alert conditions you create (keyword, industry, region, task type, and a display label) are stored on our backend together with that random identifier so the server can match new notices and notify you.
- On-device storage: saved notices, recent searches, and your industry/region preferences are stored only on your device (SwiftData / device settings) and are not uploaded to our servers.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
- Directly identifying information such as name, email, or phone number.
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA) or ad tracking data.
- Location data.
- Contacts, photos, calendar, microphone, or other permission-gated data.
- Behavioral analytics or crash reports via third-party analytics SDKs.
The App contains no advertising or analytics SDKs and has no payments, subscriptions, or AI features. None of the information processed is used for advertising or tracking.
3. Third-Party Services
Pickersoft backend
Your search requests and notification registration data are sent over HTTPS to our backend at pickersoft.com. No account is required and no directly identifying information is intentionally included.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
- Saved notices, recent searches, and preferences are stored only on your device and are removed when you uninstall the App. You can clear them at any time using the "Delete" features in the App.
- Alert conditions are stored on our server and are removed from the server when you delete them in the App.
- Turning off notifications or uninstalling the App stops any further push notifications.
5. Data Source
Bid information is sourced from Korea's Nara Marketplace (나라장터) via the Public Data Portal. The original notice is always the authoritative source — always verify eligibility, required documents, and schedules against the original notice.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes and Contact
This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes to the service or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated through the App or this page.
