AnimalPicker("앱")는 사진 속 얼굴을 분석해 닮은 동물상(강아지상·고양이상 등)을 재미로 보여주는 엔터테인먼트 iOS 앱입니다. 모든 분석은 기기 안에서 이뤄지며, 계정이나 로그인 없이 사용합니다. 본 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 다루고, 어떻게 사용하며, 어떤 외부 서비스에 의존하는지 설명합니다.
1. 기기 내 처리 (사진은 업로드되지 않습니다)
- 촬영하거나 가져온 사진은 전적으로 기기 안에서 분석됩니다 — Apple Vision의 온디바이스 얼굴 감지와 기기 내장 분류 모델을 사용합니다.
- 사진 원본과 분석 결과는 당사(Pickersoft) 서버로 전송되거나 업로드되지 않습니다. 당사는 이를 수신할 서버 자체를 운영하지 않습니다.
2. 얼굴 데이터 (Face Data)
- 앱은 동물상 결과 계산만을 위해 기기 안에서만 얼굴을 감지하고 얼굴 영역의 시각적 특징(눈·얼굴형 등 기하학적 특징 포함)을 분석합니다. 이 처리는 Apple Vision 및 기기 내장 분류 모델로 전부 사용자 기기에서 실행되며, 신원 확인(얼굴 인식)이 아닌 재미용 유사도 분류에만 쓰입니다.
- 당사는 얼굴 데이터를 수집·저장·보관하지 않습니다. 분석 중 생성되는 얼굴 특징값은 결과 계산 직후 기기 메모리에서 즉시 폐기되며, 기기 밖으로 전송되지 않습니다. 당사 측 얼굴 데이터의 보관 기간은 0(영)입니다 — 애초에 수집하지 않으므로 저장되는 얼굴 데이터가 없고, 따라서 보관 목적이나 보관 기간 자체가 존재하지 않습니다.
- 당사는 얼굴 데이터를 어떠한 제3자와도 공유하지 않으며, 앱을 통해 얼굴 데이터를 수신하거나 저장하는 제3자도 없습니다. 얼굴 감지 프레임워크(Apple Vision)와 분류 모델은 전적으로 기기 안에서 실행되며 사진이나 얼굴 데이터를 Apple, 당사(Pickersoft) 또는 그 밖의 누구에게도 전송하지 않습니다.

- 설정값: 구독 상태 캐시 등 앱 설정은 기기에만 저장됩니다.
- 이 정보는 앱 내에서 언제든 삭제할 수 있으며, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 제거됩니다.
4. 권한
- 카메라: 동물상 분석용 사진을 촬영하기 위해 사용합니다.
- 사진 보관함: 기존 사진을 가져와 분석하기 위해 사용합니다.
- 사진은 기기 내 분석에만 쓰이며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
5. 구독 결제

Privacy Policy
AnimalPicker (the "App") is an entertainment iOS app that analyzes a face in a photo and shows, just for fun, which animal face type you resemble. All analysis happens on your device, with no account or sign-in. This policy explains what information the App handles, how it is used, and which external services it relies on.
1. On-Device Processing (photos are never uploaded)
- Photos you take or import are analyzed entirely on your device, using Apple Vision's on-device face detection and a bundled on-device classification model.
- Your photos and analysis results are never transmitted or uploaded to our (Pickersoft) servers. We do not operate any server that could receive them.
2. Face Data
- Solely to compute your animal-face result, the App detects a face and analyzes visual characteristics of the face region (including geometric features such as eyes and face shape) only on your device. This processing runs entirely on-device via Apple Vision and a bundled classification model, and is used only for entertainment-style similarity classification — never for identification (face recognition).
- We do not collect, store, or retain face data. Face features generated during analysis are discarded immediately from device memory after the result is computed and never leave your device. Our retention period for face data is zero (0) — we never receive it in the first place, so no face data is stored and no retention purpose or period exists.
- We do not share face data with any third party, and no third party receives or stores face data through the App. The face-detection framework (Apple Vision) and the classification model run entirely on-device and do not send photos or face data to Apple, to us (Pickersoft), or to anyone else.
- The only analysis output saved on your device is the result itself (animal type, percentages, trait labels) — neither the photo nor any face features are stored by the App. Your photos simply remain in your photo library under your control.
3. Information Stored on Your Device
- Result history: animal-face results (animal type, percentages, trait labels, date) are stored only on your device (SwiftData). Photos are not stored.
- Settings: app settings such as a cached subscription status are stored only on your device.
- You can delete this information in the App at any time; deleting the App removes it as well.
4. Permissions
- Camera: to take a photo for analysis.
- Photo Library: to import an existing photo for analysis.
- Photos are used only for on-device analysis and are never transmitted anywhere.
5. Subscriptions
- Pro subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store (StoreKit). We never see your payment details; Apple's processing is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy: apple.com/legal/privacy
- Manage or cancel: Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
6. No Analytics or Tracking
- The App contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics SDKs, and no tracking tools.
7. Children's Privacy
- The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because all processing is on-device, no user's personal information is transmitted to us.
