This Privacy Policy explains how Pickersoft (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the AI Beauty iOS application and related services.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the app, we may collect or process the following types of information:

• Text prompts: Text entered by you for AI image generation.
• Generated content: AI-generated images, previews, and related output created through the app.
• App usage information: Device type, operating system version, app version, feature usage, crash logs, diagnostic data, and server request information.
• Purchase information: Subscription status and purchase validation information provided by Apple. We do not receive or store your full payment card information.
• Contact information: If you contact us for support, we may collect your email address and the contents of your message.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide AI image generation and related app features.
• Process, display, and deliver generated results.
• Manage subscriptions, premium access, and purchase restoration.
• Improve app quality, performance, safety, and user experience.
• Detect abuse, prevent fraud, and maintain service security.
• Respond to support requests and user inquiries.
• Comply with legal obligations and App Store requirements.

3. Text Prompts and AI Processing

AI Beauty provides text-to-image generation. The app does not upload or process user photos for its text-to-image generation feature.

Text prompts entered by users may be sent to Pickersoft’s AI image generation server only to generate the requested image. Generated images may be processed by the app and server in order to provide the result back to the user.

Generated images may be temporarily stored to provide the service, improve reliability, allow downloads, prevent abuse, or troubleshoot technical issues. We aim to keep generated content only for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes.

We do not use text prompts or generated images for advertising, tracking, sale to third parties, or building a face recognition database.

4. Face Data

AI Beauty does not collect or process face data for its current text-to-image generation feature. The current feature does not require users to upload photos, face images, or face data.

AI Beauty does not use face recognition, does not identify users by face, and does not build or maintain a face recognition database.

If a future feature explicitly asks users to upload a photo, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide appropriate in-app disclosure and permission before collecting or processing such data.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. Apple handles payment information according to Apple’s own privacy and payment policies. We may receive limited subscription status information to unlock premium features.

We do not collect or store your payment card number, Apple ID password, or full payment credentials.

6. Third-Party Services

We may use service providers for app functionality, cloud hosting, infrastructure, subscription validation, crash reporting, diagnostics, security, and customer support. These service providers may process data only as necessary to provide their services to us.

AI Beauty does not use a third-party AI service to process user photos or face data for the current text-to-image generation feature.

If analytics or crash reporting tools are used, they are used to understand app performance, diagnose technical issues, and improve service reliability. We do not use this information for third-party advertising or tracking.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements.

• Text prompts and generated images may be retained temporarily to provide the requested generation result and maintain service reliability.
• Server logs may be retained for a limited period for security, debugging, and abuse prevention.
• Support inquiries may be retained as needed to respond to users and manage disputes.
• Subscription-related information may be retained as needed to verify access and comply with legal obligations.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. For example, communication with our server may use HTTPS or similar secure transmission methods.

However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s Privacy

AI Beauty is intended for users aged 16 and older. Users under the age of 16 should not use the service or purchase subscriptions without appropriate parental or guardian consent.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

10. Prohibited Content and Use

AI Beauty does not allow the generation or use of content that is illegal, harmful, or inappropriate. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

• Sexually explicit or nude content
• Violent, hateful, discriminatory, or harassing content
• Illegal content or content promoting illegal activity
• Content that infringes another person’s privacy, copyright, publicity rights, or other rights
• Content that exploits or inappropriately depicts minors
• Content used to impersonate, deceive, defame, or harm others

11. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your country or region, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, or restrict certain personal information. You may also request deletion of data associated with your use of the app by contacting us.

12. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, we take appropriate measures to protect personal information during international transfers.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice within the app or on our website.
