개인정보처리방침 (Privacy Policy)

AgePicker("앱")는 사진 한 장으로 나이를 추정해 보여주는 엔터테인먼트 iOS 앱입니다. 계정이나 로그인 없이 사용합니다. 본 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 다루고, 어떻게 사용하며, 어디로 전송되는지 설명합니다.

1. 사진 처리 방식 (사진은 추정 후 즉시 폐기됩니다)

귀하가 선택하거나 촬영한 사진은 나이 추정을 위해 당사(Pickersoft)가 직접 운영하는 자체 추론 서버로 전송됩니다.
서버는 사진에서 얼굴 영역을 검출하고 나이를 추정하는 연산을 메모리에서만 수행한 뒤, 사진을 즉시 폐기합니다. 사진은 서버에 저장·백업되지 않습니다.
서버가 앱으로 돌려주는 것은 추정 나이·신뢰도·얼굴 수 등 숫자값뿐이며, 사진이나 이미지 데이터는 반환·보관되지 않습니다.

2. 얼굴 데이터 (Face Data)

처리하는 내용: 나이 추정을 위해 사진 속 얼굴 영역의 검출과 나이 추정 연산을 일시적으로 수행합니다. 신원 식별을 위한 얼굴 인식, 얼굴 지문(faceprint), 얼굴 임베딩의 저장은 일절 하지 않습니다.
사용 목적: 오직 추정 나이 결과를 제공하기 위해서만 사용됩니다. 그 외 어떠한 목적(식별·추적·프로파일링 등)에도 사용되지 않습니다.
저장 여부와 보관 기간: 당사는 사진과 얼굴 데이터를 저장하지 않습니다. 얼굴 데이터의 보관 기간은 0(영)입니다 — 추정 연산이 끝나는 즉시 사진과 그로부터 파생된 얼굴 데이터는 모두 폐기되며, 저장되는 얼굴 데이터가 없으므로 보관 목적이나 보관 기간 자체가 존재하지 않습니다.
제3자 공유 없음: 추론 서버는 당사가 직접 운영하는 자체 서버이며, 얼굴 데이터를 어떠한 제3자와도 공유하지 않습니다. 앱을 통해 얼굴 데이터를 수신하거나 저장하는 제3자도 없습니다.
기기에 남는 것: 추정 결과(나이)와 해당 사진의 썸네일은 귀하의 기기 안 히스토리에만 저장됩니다. 앱 내 삭제 기능 또는 앱 삭제로 언제든 제거할 수 있습니다.
본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 얼굴 데이터를 고의로 처리하지 않습니다.

3. 서버 접속 로그

서비스 운영·보안 목적으로 표준 웹 접속 로그(IP 주소, 요청 경로, 요청 시각)가 단기간 보관될 수 있습니다. 접속 로그에 사진이나 얼굴 데이터는 포함되지 않습니다.

4. 기기에 저장되는 정보

히스토리: 추정 결과(나이)와 사진 썸네일은 기기 내부(SwiftData)에만 저장됩니다.
이 정보는 앱을 삭제하면 함께 제거되며, 앱 내에서 언제든 삭제할 수 있습니다.

5. 권한

카메라: 나이를 추정할 사진을 촬영하기 위해 사용합니다.
사진 보관함: 기존 사진을 선택해 추정하기 위해 사용합니다.

6. 수집하지 않는 정보

이름·이메일·전화번호 등 개인을 직접 식별하는 정보
광고 식별자(IDFA)나 광고 추적 데이터
제3자 분석·크래시 SDK를 통한 행동 데이터

앱에는 광고나 분석 SDK가 포함되어 있지 않습니다.

7. 구독 결제

AgePicker Pro 구독 결제는 Apple App Store(Apple ID)를 통해 처리됩니다. 본 앱은 카드 번호 등 결제 정보를 직접 받지 않으며, 결제·갱신·환불은 Apple이 처리합니다.

8. 데이터 보관 및 삭제

히스토리(추정 결과·썸네일)는 기기에만 보관되며, 앱을 삭제하면 모두 제거됩니다. 앱 내 삭제 기능으로 언제든 지울 수 있습니다.
사진과 얼굴 데이터는 서버에 저장되지 않으므로(1·2항), 당사가 보관하는 귀하의 사진·얼굴 데이터는 없으며 별도의 서버 측 삭제 요청이 필요하지 않습니다.

9. 아동의 개인정보

본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

10. 변경 및 문의

본 방침은 서비스 또는 관련 법령의 변경을 반영해 업데이트될 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 앱 또는 본 페이지를 통해 안내합니다.

AgePicker — Privacy Policy

AgePicker (the "App") is an entertainment iOS app that estimates a person's age from a single photo. The App is used without an account or login. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles, how it is used, and where it is sent.

1. How Photos Are Processed (photos are discarded immediately after estimation)

The photo you select or take is transmitted to an inference server operated directly by Pickersoft for age estimation.
The server performs face-region detection and age estimation in memory only, then immediately discards the photo. Photos are never stored or backed up on the server.
The server returns numeric values only — the estimated age, a confidence value, and the number of faces. No photo or image data is returned or retained.

2. Face Data

What is processed: to estimate age, the App temporarily performs face-region detection and age-estimation computation on your photo. It performs no face recognition for identification, and stores no faceprints or face embeddings of any kind.
Purpose: face data is used solely to provide the age-estimation result — never for identification, tracking, profiling, or any other purpose.
Storage and retention: we do not store photos or face data. The retention period for face data is zero — the photo and any face data derived from it are discarded as soon as the estimation completes; because no face data is stored, no storage purpose or storage duration exists.
No third-party sharing: the inference server is operated directly by Pickersoft, and we do not share face data with any third parties. No third party receives or stores face data through the App.
What stays on your device: the estimation result (age) and a thumbnail of the photo are stored only in the history on your device. You can remove them at any time using the in-app delete features or by uninstalling the App.
The App is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly process children's face data.

3. Server Access Logs

Standard web access logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) may be retained for a short period for service operation and security. Access logs never contain photos or face data.

4. Information Stored on Your Device

History: estimation results (age) and photo thumbnails are stored only on your device (SwiftData).
This information is removed when you uninstall the App, and you can delete it at any time within the App.

5. Permissions

Camera: used to take a photo for age estimation.
Photo Library: used to select an existing photo for estimation.

6. Information We Do Not Collect

Directly identifying information such as name, email, or phone number.
Advertising identifiers (IDFA) or ad tracking data.
Behavioral data via third-party analytics or crash SDKs.

The App contains no advertising or analytics SDKs.

7. Subscription Payments

AgePicker Pro subscription payments are processed through the Apple App Store (Apple ID). The App never directly receives card numbers or other payment-instrument data; billing, renewal, and refunds are handled by Apple.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

History (results and thumbnails) is stored only on your device and is removed when you uninstall the App. You can clear it at any time using the delete features in the App.
Because photos and face data are never stored on our servers (sections 1 and 2), we hold none of your photos or face data, and no separate server-side deletion request is necessary.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes and Contact

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes to the service or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated through the App or this page.
