Photos selected by users may contain face data. Face data may include facial features, face position, facial appearance, and related visual information that is necessary to generate an AI video from the selected photo.
The AI-generated videos created from your selected photos may be processed by our app and server in order to provide the generated result back to you.

AI Video Picker may offer paid features through Apple App Store auto-renewable subscriptions. We may process subscription status, product identifiers, and purchase-related information provided by Apple in order to determine whether you have access to Pro features.
We do not collect or store your payment card number, Apple ID password, or full payment credentials. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store payment system.
If you contact us by email or through a support channel, we may collect your email address, message content, attached files, and any information you choose to provide so that we can respond to your request.

AI Video Picker may process face data contained in the photos selected by users. Face data may include facial features, face position, facial appearance, and related visual information that is necessary to generate an AI video from the selected photo.
Face data is used only to provide the AI video generation feature requested by the user. We use the selected photo and any face data contained in it to generate the requested AI video, improve request processing reliability, prevent abuse, and maintain service security.
AI Video Picker does not use face data for user identification, authentication, advertising, tracking, or building a face recognition database. We do not sell face data.
The selected photo and face data may be transmitted to Pickersoft’s AI video generation server for processing. We do not share face data with a third-party AI service. If service providers are used for hosting, storage, security, or infrastructure, they are required to process data only for the purpose of providing the service and to apply appropriate protection.
Photos and face data are retained only for the time necessary to process the video generation request and maintain service reliability. Temporary processing files are deleted after processing or within a limited retention period. Server logs used for security, debugging, and abuse prevention may be retained for a limited period, but they are not used to identify users or for advertising.
Photos selected by users may be transmitted to Pickersoft’s AI video generation server for AI video generation. The server processes the selected photo, creates an AI-generated video, and returns the result to the app.
We do not use your photos, face data, or generated videos for advertising, marketing, tracking, sale to third parties, or building a face recognition database.
AI Video Picker does not use a third-party AI service to process photos or face data for AI video generation. The selected photo and face data are processed by Pickersoft’s server for the purpose of providing the requested video generation feature.
Some temporary files, logs, or processing records may be retained for a limited period for service stability, debugging, abuse prevention, security, or legal compliance.
We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our policies, or improve service security and stability.
We do not sell your personal information, photos, face data, or generated videos.

We do not directly collect or store your payment card details.
